Amazing mechanic. He was able to diagnose the problem for my car over the phone and provided a reasonable price for fixing it. The only downside I will say is he does get very busy, so he might quote the job might take a couple hours but it could stretch much longer. If you discuss the time issue and work out the best option HE WILL DO GREAT WORK!

Luis has a very good reputation amongst the VW community, which is how I found his business. I needed a mechanic I could trust and wouldn’t take me to the cleaners just because the car is a VW. I’ve taken my 2009 Tiguan to him twice now and he’s provided the same stellar service. Do yourself a favor and come see Luis at 1st Stop Autohaus. Even if it’s just an oil change, do it here(Liquid Moly only!). I guarantee he’ll earn your trust. Being a car enthusiast I’ve been around the block and believe me, this quality of service and pricing is very hard to come by. Even at a 40 min drive, Luis is THE mechanic for me.

Very honest people

I finally took my baby to 1st Stop Autohaus and those guys are legit. I should first point out that these guys attention to detail could very well have saved a few lives, because they caught that my crash sensors were in a way that could have gotten people killed and they corrected that major issue on sight. These guys are very good mechanics and they really do go above and beyond to give great customer service. The shop is very clean and the waiting area is amenable. I really like taking my car to these guys because they are honest, and because they make a genuine effort to see to it that your vehicle is fixed and you are happy. Not only did they diagnose and properly repair my car the 1st time I took it to them, they also were courteous and knowledgeable. I seriously encourage anyone to take their car to these guys, they are LEGIT. Very clean shop, very professional and very knowledgeable. Ten stars and I know where I'll be taking my car for maintenance and repairs in the future. I can't thank these guys enough for correcting that issue that could have ended disastrously and for being great and honest mechanics.
